Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival

Punch and Judy professors from across the country normally gather to perform in the garden of St Paul's Church in Covent Garden on the second Sunday in May. This highly enjoyable historic occasion is always so popular that there is a SPECIAL ONLINE FESTIVAL on SUNDAY 9 MAY 2021. The very day on which Samuel Pepys made the first recorded sighting of Mr Punch in Covent Garden in his famous Diary in 1662.

The Punch and Judy Fellowship and the Punch and Judy Club have created special online festival celebrations with shows, stories, exhibitions and interviews. Join us for free! All welcome.
