Our reality is awesome and fundamental whether a random happening, (atheistic hypothesis) or the automatic product of a well designed universe (deistic hypothesis). We will scientifically document 17 essential features of our universe necessary for it to have evolved intelligence anywhere amongst its zillions of solar systems.

Mike's PhD is in High Energy Physics from Cal Tech. His book of the same title is now in its 2nd edition.
