The Railway is large and welcoming community orientated pub that proudly serves the surrounding neighbourhood. Just a stone's throw from Streatham Common Station the Railway is a traditional Victorian pub with airy back room and walled back garden.

We have a fantastic line up of comedy talent for you including the awesome award winning Babatunde Aleshe ( Mo Gilligan's sofa buddy on Celebrity Gogglebox) warming up for this tour, Kuan-wen Huang - South London based Taiwanese rising comedy star, award winning experienced comedian Ben Clover,  Sonia Aste described as a "sprinkle of Spanish summer", promising newbies, JO Phaure and Ro Dodgson providing the lols, all hosted by your cheeky charming MC Sion James.

Babatunde Aleshe is one of the fastest rising stars in British Comedy. He regularly performs for audiences of thousands at iconic venues such as the O2 and Hackney Empire. A powerhouse performer, his stand up presents a hilariously fresh perspective, oozing charisma whilst showcasing impeccable stagecraft and comic timing. Join the multi award winning comedian as he workshops material for his highly anticipated national tour.

In 2021 Babatunde supported Mo Gilligan on his sold out national tour and appeared at the O2 Arena's Black British Takeover.

As seen on Jonathan Ross Comedy Club (ITV1), Rhod Gilbert's Growing Pains (Comedy Central) and Mo Gilligan's Black British and Funny (Channel 4).

Kuan-wen Huang 
Kuan-wen Huang is an emerging comedian, writer and actor from Taiwan, with major breakthroughs on the UK circuit in the last two years. With a unique voice and his trademark quirky persona, Kuan-wen is an alumni of the Soho Theatre Young Company and recently performed for Comedy Central at the Edinburgh Fringe and as part of AAA Stand-up at Edinburgh Fringe in 2021.
