Early intervention is a process affecting development of toddlers with different disordes. The aim of this process is helping enhancement childâs capabilities and strength their family ties. It is really important to search for a new solutions and help parents to adapt to situation which is new, difficult and often traumatic. Moreover, early intervention, as a national program, should support interactions of all professionals who work with toddlers and parents, to ensure multidisciplinary care.

The primary objectives of the conference revolve around three major issues:
interdisciplinary view at the family of a child with impaired development in the process of early intervention,
extracting specific and common tasks of professionals (doctors, psychologists, special educators, social workers, physiotherapists) in the course of conducted operations,
assessment of organizational and legal solutions in Poland compared to other countries linked to the institutional and non-institutional support.
