Chelsworth Christmas Fair

Yes, there will be dozens of village Christmas Fairs in Suffolk over the next two or three weeks. You could tour around and have a great time visiting several of them.

So why should you come to Chelsworth?

Well we do think were are a bit different - a bit special. We are a tiny village (about 120 people) and a significant number of them, in fact most of them, will be involved in the Fair in some way or another. Its a real community occasion and we would love you to join us.

The Fair is set in a beautiful medieval church in which we are able to move the pews aside to create a cosy festive market with around thirty stalls selling gifts, crafts, foods etc. plus a tombola and a raffle with several luxury Christmas hampers as prizes. Seasonal refreshments, including mulled wine, will be available, and the church will be decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere.

There will be free parking at a nearby farm from where visitors will have a short walk along the pretty village street towards the church, which is peacefully situated well away from the road. 

It is truly "CHRISTMAS IN THE COUNTRYSIDE"
