Casa Noble Tequila Tasting at the Sand Bar

Join us in Sand Bar for a spirit-based tequila pairing dinner. Casa Noble was one of the first premium tequila brands to impact the global tequila market.

The menu is as follows:

Course 1:

Ceviche Mixto

White fish, shrimp, octopus, avocado, cucumber, tomato, lime, coconut

Tequila Pairing: Casa Noble Blanco

Course 2:

Traditional Taco Trio

Snapper al pastor, cochinita pibil, beef barbacoa

Tequila Pairing: Casa Noble Reposado

Course 3:

Black Chicken Mole

Chocolate, mix of peppers, plantain, sesame, homemade tortillas

Tequila Pairing: Casa Noble Anejo

Course 4:

Sopapillas Trio

Pineapple jalapeno jam, dulce de leche, Mexican hot chocolate sauce

Cocktail Pairing: Jalapeno and Pineapple Margarita

Tickets are $150 per person (inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). "Make it an Overnight" ticket option available for $470 (includes 2 tickets to the dinner, 1 guest room for the night of the event, and inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). All guests must be 21+.
