In Canada, we don't vote directly for the Prime Minister, but many Canadians get caught up in the leadership race among the candidates pictured above. While your vote certainly has an impact on who becomes the leader of Canada, Dogwood talks about choosing a local candidate  who lives in your community and will stand up for you in Ottawa. Join this non-partisan discussion to learn why Dogwood is asking voters to "Vote Local", choosing the local candidate they believe in, rather than being swayed by partisan politics and national leadership campaigns.

This event is hosted by Dogwood, a B.C.-based, non-partisan citizens group.
