[By Donation] Outdoor Healing Yoga

"Curious about yoga and sound healing? Or already know the experience is deeply healing for you?

In this outdoor self-care class you will nourish your body and soul through gentle movement, breath, and sound healing (crystal bowl).

Katie focuses on supporting the nervous system with Kundalini and Yoga Nidra elements, and incorporating postures to release the fascia through Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Flow.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for beginners, including those with limited flexibility. Admission is by donation. Preregistration is required.

Important:

Please bring your yoga mat. An eye shade and blanket can enhance your experience.

Meet Katie on the oval grass field at Seylynn Park. There is a bus stop on Mountain Hwy and parking along Hunter St.
