"Building Inner Strength" Online Meditation Event With Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, 27 - 28 June 2020

Over the weekend of 27-28 June 2020, enjoy a unique opportunity to learn some simple yet profound meditations on transforming difficulties into the spiritual path to enlightenment.

This event, suitable for beginners, will be taught by Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, an international meditation teacher of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union. A principal disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, Gen-la holds the lineage and blessings of his teachings. 

During the event Gen-la will share practical methods with which we can transform our lives into inspiring examples for others. He will explain how we can develop real inner strength and courage to sustain both ourselves and others, even in the most challenging of situations. The weekend event will include guided meditations using authentic Buddhist meditation techniques.
