Britannia Mine Museum presents Spooktacular Halloween 2022, Treasures of the Deep!

Join us for family-friendly chills and thrills this Halloween. Festivities at the Museum will run over 7 days, with spooky activities to chill adults and kids alike.

Join our guides to search for hidden treasures for a special “Treasures of the Deep” remix of our underground tour. Then, visit the Sunken Machine Shop to see a fantasy shipwreck and our Science of the Seafloor show.

As for the Terra Lab, it's now the Terror Lab - enter at your own risk and try your hand at assembling a real killer whale skeleton!

- Underground Train Tour - Underground adventure of riddles and clues to search for treasure hidden deep in the mine.
- Treasures of the Deep in the Sunken Machine Shop –Explore a fantasy shipwreck and drop in for our Science of the Seafloor show.
- Terror Lab – Check out spooky specimens from Howe Sound in the temporary display Ore and Orcas and try assembling a real killer whale skeleton.
- Halloween costumes are highly encouraged- Dress to impress!
