CBC's Margaret Gallagher sits down with Brian Thomas Isaac for an engaging conversation at the North Shore Writers Festival.
Brian Thomas Isaac’s debut novel, All the Quiet Places, is an emotional coming-of-age novel that was longlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, a finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award for Fiction, and a winner of an Indigenous Voices Award. The book’s publication and all the accolades didn’t happen until Brian was 71 years old. He’ll talk with the CBC’s Margaret Gallagher about his career and what’s next for him as a writer.
