Brews and Books

The Brews and Books series was established to bring together beer lovers and book aficionados to take part in riveting talks from local authors. Rotating through various North Shore breweries, come in for a cold one and stay for a talk by a number of authors. Talks include:

- "City in Colour" author May Wong
- "Not-so-Savage Land" author Peter Johnson
- "Blisters and Bliss" co-author and outdoorsman Wayne Aitken
- "A Year on the Wildside and Stories From the Magic Canoe of Wa'xaid" author Briony Penn

Come and listen as these authors discuss topics such as Victoria's culturally diverse past, what it's like to hike the famed West Coast Trail, and much more!

Adults 19+ can enjoy some of the North Shore's finest craft brews while guests of all ages can enjoy the delicious food offered by the breweries and the scintillating talks by our local authors.
