Bozeman Trap-Release Workshop presented by Footloose Montana

Hikers, skiers, boaters, hunters and anglers are all at risk of encountering traps. This workshop teaches people what to do if they or their dogs are caught. Veterinarian Laurie Ann Lyon of Black Dog Vet will give first aid instruction. Professor Clare Beelman of Footloose Montana will present the workshop. Traps are indiscriminate and can injure and kill any animal that steps in them. It's important to not panic and know what to do if a dog is caught in a trap.
