A Blane Howard Christmas Thursday Dec. 15

The rich vocals he delivers are truly unmatched and perfect for holiday songs. His covers are cleverly arranged and truly give us a fresh take on the classics we've heard so many times over the years. The stand out off the album is the title track with it's instantly memorable and insanely catchy chorus, with poignant lyrics that create such a relatable vision and memory of his childhood Christmas'. Blane has been performing Christmas shows for the last few years in Hot Springs and Little Rock. Each year the fans have urged him to make a Christmas album, so this year he did. The title track mentioned above, is an original that Howard penned with CMA, ACM and Grammy nominated songwriter Bobby Tomberlin.

Even though Blane has not performed a full show in the immediate area...he has made a few stops at Woods Elementary School in Fort Smith to sing his hit song "Arkansas Y'all" with about 500 students in the assembly hall. Earlier this year Howard headlined the annual Decatur BBQ and the Bombers and BBQ Festival in Hot Springs. He has opened for several major label artists at both the Arkansas State Fair and the Timberwood Amphitheater at Magic Springs. (Blake Shelton, Joe Nichols, Trace Adkins, Josh Turner, Lauren Alaina, Rodney Atkins, Charlie Daniels Band, Travis Tritt to name a few) Additionally, he has opened for Arkansas' own Justin Moore most recently this past August in Kentucky.
