Starting October 13 and continuing through the end of October, Bethel United Methodist Church will hold their Annual Pumpkin Patch.

Location: 150 Alder Street, Lower Burrell, PA 15068
Hours: Mon - Saturday 9:30am to 8pm. Sunday noon until 8pm.

We will be offering multiple sizes and varieties of pumpkins and gourds including smaller pie pumpkins for cooking (calling all bakers!)

Saturdays will be BIG EVENT days.

On the 19th we have lots going on! There will be a CRAFT SHOW in Friendship Hall from 9am to 3pm. The Bethel Men will be selling refreshments. A Halloween Pet Parade will commence at 1 (bring fido or feline in costume!). The youth are sponsoring a pumpkin carving contest at 3pm. The youth will offer a 'behind the scenes' look at the Let It Shine puppet show at 6pm. So bring a friend and make a day of it (and do some Christmas shopping)!

On the 26th, the church crafters will set up tables near the patch to share their wares.

Other activities in the line up for BIG EVENT Saturdays:
Pumpkin-themed bake sales
Face painting
Free photo by Good Things to Come photographer, Kim Vivirito

Check the website and Facebook for more details.

Fun Fact: The pumpkins come from the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico through the Pumpkin Patch Fundraisers company. 95% of the farm workers are Native American which helps to support the local economy. They use sustainable agricultural practices and all Pumpkin Patch Products are non-GMO.
