Beginning to Advanced Piano

As an experienced teacher and mentor, I help you take your musical passion to the next level. First I want to understand what type of music you are most interested in mastering. We will choose our piano books accordingly and develop a plan to achieve your goals. As a pianist I have studied a vast amount of classical repertoire at The Juilliard School, but I also love Jazz, French Chanson, Pop, Hip Hop and many more. So I am always curious what musical interests my student brings to the table and love tailoring our program to your unique needs and gifts. I always include elements of ear training, music theory and music history to make you a well-rounded musician and welcome any age and level. You will wind up discovering your own unique skill set and make some beautiful music happen.

I will help you understand the background of the music, how to choose the right fingering and create emotional nuances to master any phrasing, and incorporate different kinds of styles you will find in each genre. After over a decade of teaching I am grateful that nowadays we can share our love for music and learn piano online, all you need is your phone!
