Beginner 5K Running Program

Registration is now open for this fun and supportive learn-to-run program for anyone who would benefit from a structured, group training environment. No running experience is necessary and all abilities are welcomed!
 
Offering your choice of either weekday or weekend classes led by an experienced, certified USATF/RRCA Level II endurance running coach.
 
Whether you are new to running, a casual runner looking to advance to the next level, or returning to running after a break, this fun and progressive 8-week program sponsored by the North Jersey Masters https://njmasters.com/beginner-program has been designed to make sure that your first step is the right step towards discovering the joy and fitness benefits of running along with gaining the know-how to successfully complete a 5K road race with confidence and a smile. This season we will prepare for the Terri Roemer Paramus 5K www.paramusrun.com which takes place in mid-October.
 
We will provide weekly training schedules, expert guest speakers, graduate volunteer helpers and more and support you in your journey to the finish line ....and to victory ....every single step of the way. The registration fee of $90.00 further includes a North Jersey Masters t-shirt and your race entry fee.

The next session begins in August! Capacity is limited so early registration is encouraged.
