BBQ Classing Class Saturday May 20 out of Gonzales Texas

Join us to gain the skills you need to smoke beef with the best of them. There really are only a few simple rules and techniques needed to smoke beef well. This is a three hour class on Saturday starting at 5 p.m. covering pellet grills and charcoal grills. The main focus is on smoking brisket, tri tips, and custom cut beef shoulder. We don’t just do the brisket here. Also don't just stop with the large slabs of beef, but cover ground beef as well as showing different methods of grilling burgers.
The class takes place on our farm located out of Gonzales, Texas. You are welcome to stroll around the farm and see different farm animals, goats, pigs, cattle, and our farm horse Magic. Due to the fact that this is a working farm you will be required to sign a release to attend.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, sales stop the week before class date

All ticket sales are final and are valid for the specified time and date only.

If the event is canceled it will be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to make any changes to class dates, times, or locations due to uncontrollable circumstances

Your presence at a class constitutes your consent to be photographed or videotaped for the promotional use

Alcohol is allowed but not sold or offered by management or staff. You are welcome to bring any drinks, bottle water will be available.

The class will last about 3 hours, but you are welcome to stay after an enjoy the county setting

This is a real farm, dress comfortably, boots are suggested but at least closed toe shoes
