Appointment Announcement - Mr Jitendra Singh Yadav joins as Director Loss & Prevention at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake

MUMBAI, February 22nd, 2022: - The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, with great pleasure announces
the appointment of Mr Jitendra Singh Yadav as Director Loss and Prevention of the property effective
20 th February, 2022.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the protection of fellow associates and guests as well as
accident and fire prevention and control checks among other things.
Jitendra brings with him more than a decade of proficient experience in loss prevention. 
With a comprehensive background in security and loss prevention operations, he is also adept in
development and implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures to handle smooth
functioning of daily operations.
Jitendra has a strong experience in safety, administration and investigation by working with Central
Industry Security Force (CIS). He has almost a dozen educational degrees and certifications. He is
passionate about exploring historical places, studies, learning to remain curious and aware.
Jitendra started his career 15 years ago as Asst. Manager – Administration & Quality at Diamond Pet
Pvt. Ltd. Where he was managing the profile of Administration, Security & Vigilance Management.
He was instrumental in the development and implementation of security policies, protocols and
procedures. He grew in the ranks and was Sub-Inspector at Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
after serving 12 years with the forces.
The three words that define him and his career progression are determined, disciplined, dedicated
individual with attention to detail in systems and processes. Having spent years in the industry the key
lesson he abides by is self-discipline, honesty in effort & learning from mistakes.

His passion goes way beyond compliance & vigilance management, as he is an ardent sports
