Enjoy popular tunes of the 1930s, from The Great Depression, The Dustbowl Blues, to Broadway and Hollywood musicals of the day.

This October 13 concert is the final in a six-part series, and will feature vocalists Ron Williams, Joan Kirchner, Celeste Howe, Linda Delorey, Jo Brisbane, Art Brisbane and Ellen Adamson, accompanied by Lucy Banner on piano. Many composers of the 1930s will be represented, including Woody Guthrie, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, George and Ira Gershwin, and the songwriting teams of Al Dubin and Harry Warren, and E.Y. Harburg and Harold Arlen.
