United By Bass invites you and your crews to join us on Monday, November 15th for the inaugural All Crew Classic Charity Golf Tournament held at the beautiful Shadowridge Golf Club in Vista, CA. Join us for a day of Golf, Music, and Fun!

This year, we have teamed up with Fresh Start Surgical Gifts. As a top organization that helps children, Fresh Start Surgical Gifts transforms the lives of disadvantaged infants, children, and teens with physical deformities caused by birth accidents, abuse, or disease through the gift of reconstructive surgery and related healthcare services.

**Entry Fee includes a full round of golf at Shadowridge Golf Club with a shared cart, complimentary drinks and sandwiches from event sponsors, access to the cocktail hour, silent auction, and 1 seat at dinner afterward in the golf club. All drinks outside of sponsor-provided drinks will need to be purchased. All bids on products and services included in the silent auction will also be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Team Pairings* You can enter as a single, twosome, threesome, or foursome. Teams will be paired to complete each foursome.

- Can I request a partner pairing? Yes, on the order form there is an option to request a pairing.
- Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, please let us know who will be attending in your place.
- Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, please email us with your final player names.
- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, but its speeds up check-in.
