All About Sherry [October 2]

Sherry is one of the most beloved fortified wines but it is also the most misunderstood. Deeply rooted in Jerez tradition, Sherry encompasses a variety of styles and flavor profiles. Join Noell as she
teaches you about the region and guides you through the many different wines Sherry has to offer! From fresh and oxidative styles like Manzanilla and Amontillado to sweeter types like Cream Sherry or PX there is something for everyone. Open to all wine levels from novice to expert. 

You can choose to take this class in person at Commonwealth Wine School or online streaming through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in person class. A list of suggested materials will be provided for students who choose to join from home, prior to class so that you can taste along.
