Literally and metaphorically, we are what we eat. From vitamins and minerals to our cultural heritages, food is physiologically and emotionally important. Cuisine is passed down from one generation to the next, becoming a part of who we are. Come explore how historical and current conditions shape our relationship to food and the ways in which we use food to express identity, community, values, status, and creativity. In particular, celebrate our creamiest fruit at Pairings: Avocado.
