We are the actors of our lives; but, like an audience of one, we are also the observer and critic of our every action. In this engaging and interactive talk, the presenters explore how Capilano University actor training in the Alexander Technique intersects with aspects of self-observation (awareness, sensation, perception), habits and the challenge of suspending self-judgment, to inform us all on how to live more embodied lives of greater well-being.

Presented by CapU in partnership with North Vancouver District Public Library, North Vancouver City Library, West Vancouver Memorial Library, Burnaby Public Library and Gibsons and District Public Library. Presentation is FREE. Registration is not required, but seating is limited.
