5K Race to Save our Stadium or 1 Mile Fun Walk

Exciting efforts are being made to revitalize an important piece of Peoria's history - the Peoria Stadium. This iconic sports stadium has a history of over 125 years of recreational activity in the heart of our city. The first of many new activities planned for the stadium grounds in 2021 is a 5K road race called the "Race to Save Our Stadium". This race will be held on April 10th and will demonstrate both the ability for hosting running races at the stadium and to generate funds for incremental improvements to the walking/running path within the complex. Registration is now opened for both the 5K or a 1 mile fun walk. Be sure to sign up today!
