The Golden Ball Tavern will hold its 52nd Annual Barn Sale, rain or shine, on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday September 29th, 2019 from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. The Barn Sale offers an exciting collection of antiques, collectibles and furnishings in a Vermont-like setting. A wide range of items are available, from high-end pieces in excellent condition to those that have been gently loved. Help promote sustainability in our communities and keep the circular economy strong by upcycling and repurposing treasures in search of a new home. All proceeds from the Sale support the museum's education and preservation initiatives.

Admission is FREE and there is plenty of parking available. Free tours of the Museum will be offered throughout the day and children's games and activities are planned - all adding to the family-friendly atmosphere of the Sale. And the Golden Ball Tavern's Famous Chili will be available to take home!

The Barn Sale is held on the grounds of the historic Golden Ball Tavern Museum in Weston, Massachusetts - a unique Revolutionary era tavern that played a pivotal role as a base for British spies in the lead up to the Revolutionary War. The Tavern was built by Isaac Jones in 1768. The Museum also tells the story of the six generations of the Jones family - Isaac's direct descendants - who lived here for nearly 200 years up until the 1960s. The original house and tavern (built by Isaac 1765-1768) have been preserved in ways that allow each generation's stories to come to light by exposing the structural layers of change specific to each time period. More than 70 percent of the items in the Museum's collections are original to the Jones
