50th Anniversary BioBlitz at TNC's Blowing Rocks Preserve: Friday evening, May 17 and Saturday morning and afternoon, May 18, 2019
Join The Nature Conservancy staff and experts from nonprofit organizations, academia, and government agencies, to explore the unique coastal habitats of Blowing Rocks Preserve to discover, identify, and photograph as many species of animals and plants as possible, including birds, insects, and marinelife. The family friendly BioBlitz will include surveys and observation tours, Exploration Stations at the Hawley Education Center featuring nature-themed games and crafts, and engaging activities for kids ages 8+. Free event. Registration is required. Friday, May 17 from 7pm-10pm and Saturday, May 18 from 6:45am-3pm. Offsite parking and shuttle provided. 574 S. Beach Rd, Hobe Sound, FL 33455
