Join us at Lake Hiawatha Preserve (lakeside) for the 25th Annual World Tai Chi and QiGong Day Celebration on Saturday, April 27th - arrive at 9:30am.
At 10:00 AM local time, participants from over 80 nations will practice Tai Chi simultaneously. Experience the benefits of stress reduction, lower blood pressure, and improved flexibility and balance. Instructors will share different Family Styles of Tai Chi and QiGong, offering follow-along sessions for you to try. Don’t forget to wear loose, comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes, and bring water for hydration. Afterward, enjoy Tai Chi class demonstrations, special guests, and a relaxing picnic.
