Conference Overview The 2nd International Conference on Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence (ICIPAI 2025), hosted by Changchun Normal University, will take place in Changchun, China, from April 18-20, 2025. This conference will focus on the latest research achievements in image processing and artificial intelligence within the computer science field. It provides an international platform for experts, professors, scholars, and engineers from universities, research institutes, and enterprises worldwide to share professional experiences, expand their networks, exchange new ideas, and present research findings. The event aims to explore key challenges and research directions in the field, and foster the development and application of theories and technologies in academia and industry. Artificial Intelligence: Topics include artificial intelligence, algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision and visualization, computer graphics and image processing, distributed intelligent processing, concurrent and parallel processing, intelligent database systems, computer vision and speech understanding, object detection and segmentation, super-resolution image reconstruction, visual object tracking, image and video retrieval, graph neural networks, and other related topics.

 

Image Processing: Topics include image transmission, image and video perception and quality models, image storage, retrieval and authentication, digital signal processing, optical signal processing, image acquisition, pattern recognition and analysis, image compression, image processing architecture, document image processing, image coding and compression, real-time signal processing, image processing, restoration and enhancement, image scanning, display and printing, face recognition, image segmentation, medical imaging, and other related topics.

 

Submissions on other relevant topics are welcome!

 

Paper Publication All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the committee. After a rigorous review, all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and then submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

 

Participation Methods

 

Author Attendance: One author per accepted paper can attend for free.

Keynote Speakers: Apply for a keynote speech, subject to committee review.

Oral Presentations: Apply for a 15-minute oral presentation.

Poster Display: Apply to present a poster (A1 size, color print).

Audience Participation: Attend without submitting a paper; applications for speeches and displays are also accepted.
