2022 O'side Turkey Trot

Recognized as one of the top trots in the US, the O'side Turkey Trot features sizzling fast 5 Mile and 5K courses with over two miles of beautiful ocean views and finishing near the historic Oceanside Pier steps from the sand. Come "move your feet before you eat" this Thanksgiving in downtown Oceanside at this family-friendly event, with a run or walk for all ages. Additional event fun includes a Thanksgiving-themed costume contest, the largest team competition, live course entertainment, commemorative t-shirts, and finisher medals for all participants. The O'side Turkey Trot features Chronotrack timing with live results.   Proceeds benefit non-profits that serve O'side residents.

Event Beneficiaries: $5.00 from the race entry fee can go to the Oceanside School or non-profit of your choice or the Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation®.

Awards and Prizes: Finisher medals for all! Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age division of the 5Mile and 5K. The Move Your Feet Before You Eat!® 1 Mile 7-12 yr. old race will be scored by 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12yr old's. The top 10 largest teams will receive $100 gift certificates to local Oceanside restaurants.
