The August Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars is hosting the 2022 Augusta-CSRA Memorial Day Observance at the All Wars Monument to honor all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. The Fort Gordon Installation Support Detachment will provide a Joint Color Guard Detail, Firing Team, and Taps; Mayor Hardie Davis, Jr. will provide remarks on behalf of the City of Augusta, and Colonel James D. Turinetti IV, U.S. Army Signal School Commandant and Chief of Signal will serve as our guest speaker. Special music will include a bagpipe prelude and "Amazing Grace."
