3. Prof. Chin-Chen Chang from Feng Chia University, Taiwan, Prof. Yong Jin Park from University Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia, Prof. Tatsuya Yamazaki from Niigata University, Japan and Prof. Eko K. Budiardjo from Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia, Indonesia will be the keynote speakers.
