2019 2rd International Conference on Information and Computer Technologies (ICICT 2019) will be held in Shenyang China during July 12-14 2019.This conference is sponsored by IEEE and Institute of Natural Science and Advanced Technology.
ICICT 2019 aims to strengthen the collaboration and provide a forum for academicians, professionals and researchers to discuss and exchange their research results, innovative ideas, and experiences in all aspects of intelligent and green technologies, as well as to identify emerging research topics and define the future directions to achieve sustainable development. The conference will feature traditional paper presentations as well as keynote speech by prominent keynote speakers who will focus on related state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of the conference. The final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after successful registration and onsite presentation, will be published into the conference Proceedings by Conference Publishing Services, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore,EI Compendex and SCOPUS.
