The 19th Annual 80s Prom

For nearly two decades, 80s Prom has been the most anticipated 80s themed event of the year. For one night each year, 80s enthusiasts from around the country gather at the historic Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, OK. A night all 80s music, all night. Costumes, dancing, fun stage skits, a prom photo booth, a king & queen costume contest, pinball mini-cade, and much more fun from the era. Get a new wave haircut and relive the prom of your dreams!

PARTY GOERS

Attendees arrive in over the top 80's costumes, some dressed as pop icons, characters, bands, toys, pretty much anything you can think of from the decade. While some of the guests go all out, others keep it simple with gaudy 80’s prom attire.  Two of our best dressed guests will be crowned 80s Royalty in our costume contest.

MUSIC

Djs will be on the stage playing an ALL 80's soundtrack ALL night. You'll hear an excellent mix of 80's Pop Music, Club Hits, New Wave, Hair Bands, Hip Hop & more, only stopping the music occasionally for our stage skits and costume contest! 

STAGE SKITS

Stage skits are a favorite for PROM goers. Local scenesters and general 80's enthusiasts from around the city team up to bring you re-enactments from popular films, tv & choreographed dancing from music videos.

PROM PHOTO BOOTH

We've teamed up with Danziger Photography to bring you a photo booth that offers you the chance to strike a pose with your friends in front of a classic prom style backdrop and take home a photograph to remember your 80's PROM! 

FLIP CITY MINI-CADE

Challenge a friend to a game of pinball in the Flip City Mini-cade. Classic and 80s themed machines will be available to play. Be a part of the online video stream filming live from the event!

THE REAL OKLAHOMA GHOSTBUSTERS

Local celebrities, The Real Oklahoma Ghostbusters, will be on site in their ghostbusting attire and will likely be giving you a taste of the dance moves. Catch them outside the event before doors open to get a photo with them and their amazing 80s car reproductions.
