Patient experience management function helps improve accessibility to patients, quality of service, consistency and empathy. Patients' perceptions of the quality of the healthcare they receive are highly dependent on the value of their interactions with their healthcare clinician and team. And with the digital revolution, patients are becoming more attentive, expectations are rising and request to be involved in every step of the treatment is increasing. Many GCC countries are launching key initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and healthcare providers also have increasingly recognized the importance of going beyond providing exemplary medical care to engage with patients.
MENA Patient Experience Innovation Summit is in line with the UAE vision 2021, wherein one of the key agenda is ensuring patient happiness by providing world-class healthcare services.
