Second National Conference on Teaching Management in Dynamic Business Situation Post Economic Reforms

IPER - Institute of Professional Education & Research located in Bhopal is one of Central India’s leading institutions for Business Management Studies since 1996. The Institute is approved by AICTE, Govt. of India, New Delhi and affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Management is the most dynamic branch of knowledge today. Teaching pedagogy used in management education is a challenge to both teachers and the practitioners. The budding and the practicing managers has to apply the management skills/applications in such a manner that it achieves the objective of wealth maximization of the stakeholders and thus the nation.

In this background, IPER felt that apart from innovative teaching pedagogies adapted by the teaching fraternity, it is more significant to use such research studies focusing the impact of economic reforms as a part of the management education delivery system. The first phase of such economic reforms took place in 1991 (LPG Movement) and we believe that the second phase is now which is post Demonetization & Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Participants are encouraged to present their research findings, which supports the theme and reinforces the effect of Teaching Management in Dynamic Business Situation – Post Economic Reforms (Phase – II). Also, if the students are taught updated and current research, it will surely help them to be a better corporate citizen.
