Willem; "Uma Inder, an Indian Kundalini Tantra Yoga teacher is coming from her home in Bali to the Netherlands. We will offer a training at Venwoude for a select number of participants. We met Uma at the Yoga Barn in Ubud where she conducted the busy Laya Yoga classes.
With Uma's arrival in the Netherlands, we will give a two-day training at Venwoude together. The training is a combination of Kundalini Tantra, mindfulness meditation, and awareness training.
