Sippin' Sunshine - Enjoy and Explore Spring Wines! [May 21]

Now that winter is in the rear-view mirror, we can look forward to brighter days and warmer nights. With that comes all sorts of opportunities to enjoy food and drink geared for the warmer weather, and for us that especially means wine. Gone are the big, heavy reds consumed to ward off the cold. Bring on the bottles that have energy and liveliness! We're talking bright and sassy whites, crisp and refreshing roses, and even light and fruity reds. With so many choices, it's hard not to cheer on spring.

Spend an evening with wine educator (and sunshine addict) Adam Centamore sipping your way through amazing wines suited for the season. You'll sample a collection of tasty examples, each showing why spring is the perfect time to enjoy the lighter side of the wine spectrum. You'll learn how they're made, how best to serve them, and what makes them the right choice for right now. Come indulge in wines that bring happiness to each glass - it's time to sip some sunshine!

This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. If you would like your kit shipped to you, please pay for shipping here. For those who wish to purchase their own wine, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
