In order to get things done the modern day manager must know how to negotiate successfully. During the webinar participants will learn about successful negotiation essential - strategies and skills. Managers will learn how to identify their conflict styles and those of others. The two main types of negotiation skills will be explored: distributive and integrative negotiation.
