** ARE FANS OF THE VISITING TEAM ALLOWED?

Absolutely! We welcome all fans of all teams (yes, even Redskins fans) with southern hospitality and Texas charm! 50% of our guests are from out of state, and we always have a gathering of the Cowboys opponents fans.

** WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT / PARKING OPTIONS GETTING TO THE EVENT?

Limos, taxis, and private busses often drop guests off right in front of Bill Bates Tailgate Party across from the AT and T Stadium.
PARKING IS ALSO AVAILABLE  for an additional $50 and it is provided by "Events By The Stadium." You park at 1111 Wet N Wild Way in Arlington over by I-30 and Collins St. and you are shuttled over to the Bill Bates Tailgate and back to parking after game.

** DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We can scan tickets electronically on your phone. If you've lost your printed tickets, we can generally check you in guest-list style without a ticket if your entire party shows up together.

** WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

A full refund is offered up to 7 days in advance of the event, or if for some reason the event is cancelled. However, the tailgate has not been cancelled in the past and has been held in rain, shine, extreme Texas heat, and "ice bowl" conditions.
