Chica Sports & Fitness Camp (CS&F)

Chica Sports & Fitness Camp (CS&F) is an overnight (4 days) summer wellness camp for girls ages 12-17. Participants engage in a series of activities like: Organized Sports, Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness Education, Goal Setting, Stress Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Service Learning, and Positive Body Image. For many girls, this is the first long stay away from home. Building a safe and rewarding community is our number one priority. Our summer residential staff are like older sisters.  Cabin Leaders  stay in the cabins with the campers and shepherd them through the program days. From morning wake-up calls and mealtime, to sports exploration, activity changes, bedtime reflection activities and so much more. Every girl belongs to a close-knit advisory group where she can share her thoughts, connect to other girls and staff, or just brainstorm on how she wants to bring what she has learned back to her community.
