Rock for the Nurses 10-Year Anniversary Fundraiser

The Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship Fund teams-up with the River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar to hold its "Rock for the Nurses 10-Year Anniversary Fundraiser" on Sunday May 31 from 10AM to 6PM.

The fundraiser will feature live music from Kinderhook, Trigger (featuring Richie House, Derek Remington, Billy Drew and Joe Rowley), The Ned Ryerson Band, Matt Noffsinger, Joe Faronea, 3 Daze 'Til Sunday, Jimi DeLucci, Ronnie Brooks and other special guests!

Tickets are $25 per person (kids 12 and under are free) and include an all you can eat hot and cold buffet, cash bar, games, give-a-ways, family friendly activities and much more! Breakfast will also be available for purchase until 12pm (guests will receive a $5 off breakfast coupon at check-in with paid event admission).

All proceeds will go to The Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship Fund which annually helps the nurses and nursing students of Ocean Medical Center by providing nursing scholarships to nurses and nursing students looking to further their formal education in the nursing profession.

About The Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship Fund:
The Barbara Forfar Nursing Scholarship Fund was established on January 15, 2011 and is part of the Ocean Medical Center Foundation family of funds. The fund provides monetary assistance to qualified nurses and nursing students of Ocean Medical Center who desire to continue their formal education in nursing profession in the form of scholarships. The fund awards one (or more) nursing scholarship during September of each year to eligible applicants.
