DO YOGA and DO GOOD! New Year's Day Sliding Scale Yoga Fundraiser

DO YOGA and DO GOOD! Annual Sliding Scale New Year's Morning YOGA Fundraiser with Barbara Freedman, E-RYT, 1/1/2020, 10-11:30 am, 369 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington Center for Yoga. Proceeds go towards free props and yoga classes for Arlington area seniors (venues include the Arlington Senior Center and West Medford Community Center). Class card/$20/or pay what you can. Come to share in a tradition of mindful presence and gratitude over the holidays. Come to set intentions for the new year. Come to sweat your prayers. Come to relax and stretch; to get your endorphins flowing; or to become more social, less reactive. Come to enjoy a yoga flow designed to soothe body and mind. Or come simply to support our seniors. Our holiday class consists of a gently athletic vinyasa yoga flow with sun and moon salutations, a light dose of qigong, and a large dose of downdog sequences. Open to all levels and ages. Room for all in this spacious, sunny studio; bring your tribe and please share the news.
