In recent years a greater focus has been given to the role of down-hole fiber-optic (FO) sensing in completions diagnostics, particularly for the development of unconventional oil and gas resources.
The initial phase of FO sensing applications in the E and P world, and significant remaining potential impact, include their application in other aspects of unconventional and conventional field development and operation: reservoir characterisation, production optimisation, well integrity monitoring and abandonment management.
Extensive case studies and field deployment examples will demonstrate technical and economic benefits and provide guidance for developing workflows and identifying best practices.
Learn and Understand about the latest Case Studies of Fiber Optic Technologies worldwide in the O and G Sector
- This workshop will have international leaders in FOS monitoring/surveillance technology implementation and will address and share how they use technology to maximise asset value, with specific topics relevant to Europe/North Sea/Middle East O and G producers.
- For those unfamiliar with FOS, you will gain awareness of the application and its value
- For those actively working with FOS technology, you will learn the latest applications/ and capabilities
- For those who are service providers and from the OEM sector, expand your knowledge about the breadth of applications in monitoring and surveillance,
directly from the technology end-users
- This workshop will help grow your network with peers in the oil and gas industry, FOS vendors and technology developers
