Rooftop Yoga and Breakfast - 'ABS-olutely CORE-geous'

The Yeh Yoga Co are proud to present - The Rooftop Summer Series at Savage Garden by Tower Bridge.

With views looking out over the iconic Tower of London, The Shard, The Gherkin and more, The Yeh Yoga Co will be taking over the Savage Garden rooftop and bar to host a series of breakfast yoga events in the heart of London, and with amazing London weather showing no signs of slowing down, what's better than your Friday morning dose of zen?

How's about a special 75min class outdoors, with breathtaking views of the London skyline, two of London's most positive and empowering teachers guiding you + cold-brew coffees and delicious breakfast items to enjoy with the view or take with you on the go. Plus, would it even be a London wellness event if there weren't goodies to take with you?! We have a retractable roof also meaning these events are confirmed come rain or shine!

Timings:

Arrive 6.50am for mat placement (BYOMat recommended, however we will have spares). Take some rooftop sunrise snaps!

7.00-8.15am - Rooftop Yoga Flow (All-Levels Welcomed)

8.15am - Grab some delicious cold-blend coffee and breakfast snacks and either enjoy them on the terrace, or take with you to work. Perfect your best rooftop yoga pose with The Shard behind you... Delve into the goodie bags or save for later.

8.15-8.45am - Want to find out how you can bring equally awesome and day-changing yoga classes into your workplace? Connie and Emily will be on hand to talk about all the ways they can help bring Yoga to you with The Yeh Yoga Co.

9.00am - Rooftop shuts. Memories made. Go forth and have your best day ever!

Coffee - Locally brewed deliciousness from Beanbag Coffee. Think all-vegan, Peanut Butter or Coconut flavoured cold-blend goodness. Brewed in Bermondsey.
