Star Beer Launch: Constellation IPA

Brewed by Camden Town Brewery for Electric Star Pubs!

Electric Star's Constellations returns, with an extra juicy punch, with extra pale ale malt for a light malt background, topped up with torrified wheat and golden oats for body.

The hops used were new world varieties - Citra and Mosaic from the USA, and this year we've thrown into the mix a rare new South African Hop called Southern Passion - for aromas of passionfruit, guava, red berries, melon. Using a different yeast strain from our regular house Pale that gives a pronounced stone fruit flavour to make it even more fruity.
