Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Coalville June 2019

Funhouse Comedy Club, returns to the Century Theatre, Coalville on Saturday June 29th for another night full of laughter.

Headlining is winner of ITV's 'Show Me The Funny' the instantly loveable and unique Patrick Monahan, with his trademark hyperactive and freewheeling charm. Following the release of his debut DVD he was a guest on Loose Women and also appeared alongside Philip Schofield and Jason Manford on ITV's Comedy Annual. More recently he appeared on ITV's Splash. Of Irish-Iranian decent, but brought up on Teeside he shares tales of his memories. He exudes warmth and charisma; his friendly style mixed with his hilarious story telling leaves his audiences wanting for more.

Support from writer, actor and comedian Barry Castagnola who has written for the likes of BBC's 'Ask Rhod Gilbert', as well as creating characters for Dom Joly's ITV show, 'Fool Britannia'. His self-derision and anecdotes about his life cut to the chase, striking a chord with everyone and his amiable persona never fails to appeal.

Completing the line-up is finalist in this years English Comedian Of The Year competition and 'So You Think You're Funny' Finalist 2013, the dead pan Tom Taylor with his unique and clever songs.

Compere for the night will be Barry Dodds, winner of Best MC, Midlands Comedy Awards for the last 4 years, who captivates the crowd with his energy, spirit and tantalizing humour.
