Funhouse Comedy Club - Edinburgh Festival Preview All-Dayer Sheffield July

EDINBURGH FESTIVAL PREVIEW ALL-DAYER AT NEW BARRACK TAVERN, SHEFFIELD.

Funhouse Comedy brings an outstanding day of comedy to the covered beer garden stage at The New Barrack Tavern, Sheffield on Sunday July 7th.

2.00pm – Laura Lexx – Knee Jerk:
Laura Lexx is a 'bouncy, bubbly stand up star' shining a hilarious light on how hard it is to be a good person these days. Can you change the world without offending anyone? Lexx takes on society's big issues... but come for jokes, not answers.

3.25pm – Ignacio Lopez - EspañYOLO:
Spain's best export, Ignacio Lopez slams Spanish and British culture in a relentlessly funny show about invasions, history and tapas. An armada of sarcasm, silliness and songs!

4.50pm – Patrick Monahan– Started from the Bottom, Now l'm Here:
Multi award-winning comedian and Fringe favourite, returns to Edinburgh. Smart and funny observations on a new-found, middle-class lifestyle with ski holidays, through the prism of poor, immigrant, living-in-a-caravan roots.

6.15pm – Scott Bennett:
The amusing and friendly Scott Bennett, a finalist in last year's English Comedian Of The Year competition and runner up in 2014, who has recently supported both Michael McIntyre and Rob Brydon. This loveable rising star enthrals the crowd with his warm and engaging delivery, he is a Yorkshire live wire with an undeniable no nonsense logic.

7.30pm – Tony Cowards – Stepdad Jokes:
Top one-liner comic, returns with his hilarious new show about the trials and tribulations of becoming a step-parent and what it means to be part of an extended family. For years Tony has been telling dad jokes, finally he has a suitable audience. If you're a fan of silly jokes, tortuous puns and fabulous wordplay, this is the show for you.

8.45pm – Darius Davies – Persian of Interest:
English Comedian of the Year finalist 2017, Darius Davies returns with one of the funniest, most thought-provoking stand-up shows. This is a story about how easy it is to manipulate the media, troll men on on Tinder, and get revenge against Ryanair by any means necessary!
