Funhouse Comedy Club is back at the Saracens Head, Southwell on Thursday April 9th, for a night of fun and laughter.
Topping the bill is Perrier Award nominee Luke Toulson, whose TV appearances include 'Russell Howard's Good News'. Very blunt but very pleasant he manages to beguile his audiences with his fast delivery, his outbursts of cheerful personal put-downs and frustrating observations.
Opening the night will be, Kevin Dewsbury talented comedian and actor, who can be seen in the film, 'Destination Dewsbury'. His material is a variety of storytelling, observation and one- liners. He has the ability to mimic most accents, which adds profundity to his material. Although from Cheshire, he is often mistaken as being from Yorkshire due to his ridiculous northern accent. Kevin has toured the UK and has also been the support act for Michael McIntyre, Omid Djalili and Russell Howard.
Also appearing is Indian Geordie, Raul Kohli, a finalist in English
Comedian of the Year 2018, a bubbly, high-energy comic with very funny
stories about his culture and upbringing.
Completing the line-up will be the inimitable Mark Row, with his funny anecdotes and genuine insight into the education system!
Compere for the night will be the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.
