THLEEP - Therapizing for sleep (sessions of synaesthesia)

THLEEP  (synaesthesia sessions), is a prelude to a physical event scheduled towards the end of 2021. The performance uses frequencies of light and sound (composed by an international collaboration of sound and light artists) to relax the mind and induce a state conducive to quality sleep. The combination of arts practices, neuro-acoustics and vision physiology was adopted to produce a library of content, to be streamed bi-weekly over the forthcoming months. We will also be releasing related content, all relevant to alleviating stress and aid in the quest for equilibrium. This month we a proud to present: Amit Rai Sharma, Deyan Raykov and Dylan Henry Price for two twenty minute pieces.
